There are a few items you can make use of that will help make things run smoothly. Since being cost-effective is quite often a concern, renting is a great way to cover your bases and save yourself money at the same time. For large crowds we have;

For your Food Service needs we have up to 500 place settings of dishes and glassware that help you save labor charges and time - because we do the dishes! Extra linens, water pitchers, chafing dishes, soup and coffee urns compliment your buffet.
Wedding ceremonies and receptions are our specialty. Today's couples appreciate the beauty of an outdoor event and often enjoy letting the landscape decorate and entertain on their wedding day. Experience a tent wedding - relaxing, unique and magical!
We carry tents for 50 to 700 people, as well as a selection of party rental items to suit your needs.
When you rent one of our tents, we custom design your space, including any and all rental items you'd like to include, so you can see what fits. With the help of our 3-D Party CAD program, you can take a virtual walk through your tent before it's ever set up! We have top quality marquee and peak pole marquee tents as well as a choice of solid, zipper and window walls. Our tents are set up and taken down at your site by our staff, ensuring a professional look for your special day. Tent walls can be opened or closed easily before or during your event, providing shelter from wind and rain. We place any additional rental items, such as tables and chairs, inside after we have erected your tent. Keep in mind, all tents are staked, so underground electrical or piping must be marked, and the location for your tent must avoid low, overhead electrical lines.
Remember: when you rent, you are choosing a greener way to go! With rental dishes and linens, nothing goes into landfill and we do all the cleaning!
